Press Solo Music - Selecting the best music to your style of dance
The first thing to do is figure out what will not work for you. Most of the judges at your local dance becomes more mature woman who has a lot of dance experience as a player or as a teacher. Typically, these women do not appreciate seeing the girls 10 years of pretending that two decades of making provocative dancing - you'll be surprised how many times I saw him and was horrified!
How well do you press?
You have to be honest with ourselves here. Many errors can dance to fast music, but too often they were dancing a bit messy. It is usually best to dance piece of music that slowly allow you to dance on quality, rather than something that can show all of your past actions, but you're not quite hitting the mark.
Conversely, if your music is too slow, you can be rocking - it is too bad.
So what works? In 2009, the All England championship winning almost all used, which may be considered "traditional" music, then solo. It will be more regulated, as a rule, swingy media tempo / jazz song and song show. While the market move to more modern music, usually best left to professionals.
Thus, if you plan to tap-dance solo music, duet, trio or group pays special attention to your music. Choosing the right music can be important, and in some cases even more important than to get the right costume. Praise music and choreography must be sympathy for the style of music.
